Should these two young royals do more?

In last week’s poll we asked if Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie should take on more responsibility to alleviate the pressure on senior working royals, with the King and Princess Kate both undergoing treatment for cancer.
The poll has now closed but you can check the results here. Spoiler: most of you think they should.
The results of the poll got us thinking about other royals who could follow suit, and two names came to mind: Lady Louse Windsor and James, Earl of Wessex.
Their parents, the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh, have rightfully fostered the reputation as the monarchy’s safest pair of hands (read Emily’s tribute to the Duchess here). We only need to look back to Monday at Buckingham Palace to see why, with Edward and Sophie ably deputising for King Charles at the parade marking the 120th anniversary of the Entente Cordiale.
They say the apple never falls far from the tree, and if Louise, 20, and James, 16, are anything like as diligent and studious as their mum and dad, then it seems a shame not to see more of them on official functions. After all, if you’re good, you’re old enough.

Louise should be allowed to focus on her university studies for now. Trying to be present for royal engagements in addition to school would be too much. James is a minor, and also studying, so I don't think anything should be required of them now. I think it's fine for them to be given the opportunity to become working royals when they are done with school, but it should be their choice.
They are not too young to be shown what responsibility is and it would be good for them to join-in with royal duties. Obviously they have studying to do and interests to pursue, but so does everyone else.
