So what was on the King’s slate on this celebratory day? It won’t surprise you to learn that instead of focusing on himself, he focused on others, opening two Coronation Food Hubs as part of his wider project to bridge the gap between food need and food waste amid the cost-of-living crisis.
The Queen had hoped to join her husband today but has been cutting back on official engagements this week as she recovers from a chest infection. We do hope to see her return to public engagements soon, and no doubt the devoted pair will enjoy celebrating in private.
All that is left to say is we wish you a very happy birthday, Your Majesty, from all of us at The HELLO! Royal Club!
