Yesterday, I asked if you liked wearing cut-off trousers, and 68 per cent of you said no.
One Royal Clubber, Mandy, expressed why she did not like the shorter trousers in the comments, saying: “I don’t like those ones on Máxima, maybe because she looks so dull. It’s just not like her, all in black like that!”
As it is now the festive season, an all-black outfit is a little plain in colour. However, since she was in the airport, the short trousers could have been partly for comfort as well.
Poll of the day
As you will have read, Zara wore a glittery mini-dress to get into the festive season.
We discussed Zara’s velvet suit earlier this week, and while she can pull off various styles, I love her in this Christmassy black mini-dress with buttons. Her look had the right amount of sparkle and was not too overpowering.
Whenever a royal wears anything glittery or sparkly, I will be sharing it.

Christmas is in full swing for King Charles at his residence, with his 20ft Christmas tree inside the castle’s largest room, St George’s Hall.
I love the gold aesthetic, but whoever has to decorate that tree—I hope they get a lovely Christmas present in return.
