The royal diary for the coming week is looking a little sparse as the Windsors enjoy a break from their duties over the Easter holidays.
With that in mind, I thought I'd bring you something slightly different this week with a lookahead to all of the major royal events and celebrations you can look forward to in April.
April 9
King Charles and Queen Camilla will mark their 19th wedding anniversary together. The couple, who first dated in the 1970s before their respective first marriages, usually celebrate the day privately.
Charles and Camilla's marriage took place in a civil ceremony at Windsor Guildhall on 9 April 2005, having been delayed by a day to allow the then Prince of Wales to attend Pope John Paul II's funeral.
While Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip did not attend, they were present at the Service of Prayer and Dedication at St George's Chapel, and later hosted a reception for Charles and Camilla at Windsor Castle.
April 22
Luxembourg's Princess Alexandra and Nicolas Bagory have been married for a whole year and their anniversary coincides with another very special milestone.
The palace announced in December that the couple are expecting their first child this spring, making the tot an eighth grandchild for Grand Duke Henri and Grand Duchess Maria Teresa.
April 23
Can you believe that the Prince and Princess of Wales's youngest child, Prince Louis, will be turning six?
It seems like yesterday we were waiting for William and Kate to appear with their new baby boy on the steps of the Lindo Wing on an unseasonably hot April day in 2018.
April 27
King's Day (Koningsdag) is a national celebration in The Netherlands to mark King Willem-Alexander's birthday.
The king will turn 57 and this year the Dutch royal family will visit Emmen located in the province of Drenthe in the northeastern Netherlands.
April 29
The Prince and Princess of Wales will celebrate their 13th wedding anniversary. When Prince William and his university girlfriend, Kate Middleton, tied the knot, it had been 25 years since the last large-scale royal wedding at Westminster Abbey.
Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson were the last royal couple to marry in the London church.
William and Kate usually mark the day in private, but last year they shared an off-duty photograph of them enjoying a bicycle ride together.
