Catherine's dress designer: 'The Princess is one of the most stylish women of our time'
Alex Hurtado interviews the brand behind the Princess' red carpet look at the Royal Variety Show
Hello Royal Clubbers,
It’s Alex here. Earlier this week I had the pleasure of heading down to the Royal Albert Hall to watch the Prince and Princess of Wales arrive for the Royal Variety Performance. (In case you missed it, you can watch my video here).
I was also, therefore, one of the first of many people to be blown away by just how stunning Catherine looked in her green velvet gown. The floor-length, off-the-shoulder number was by the German fashion label, Talbot Runhof, founded by designers Johnny Talbot and Adrian Runhof.
Over 24 hours after the Princess of Wales stepped out in the gorgeous design, Adrian confirmed to me that the “Catherine Effect” is still very much a thing - and how it was a “true compliment” to see the Princess in one of their designs.
Find out what else the designer told me below…
