As promised, I dug out my old photo of me and the late Duke of Edinburgh…I have to say, I think I was very star-struck – so it makes sense why I ended up in a job that revolves around meeting celebrities.

As you will have read, Princess Catherine had an autumnal fashion moment today that I’m sure will spark a frenzy of tweed suit sales
After seeing Catherine in her suave suit today, I’m now realising I have such a lack of winter wear as the seasons begin to shift. Why is it that when the temperature drops just a few degrees, I suddenly can’t find anything in my wardrobe other than summer dresses?
My autumnal staple is coats. All types – buttoned, furry, fleece, leather – I’ll have a variation hanging somewhere. So I think this weekend I’ll be trying to put together a few more wintry workwear outfits. Who knows, maybe a tailored suit like Catherine’s might be the perfect choice?

While there’s been a lot going on in the royal world, Princess Catherine’s schedule continued as normal, with two engagements today – the video above shows her in Sudbury, Suffolk.
I actually love this video because of how gorgeous the sky is, and the Princess just seems like such a personable person! And her lighter hair with subtle honey tones really gives her a fresh new look for the season.
