And the winner is…
On Friday I asked if you are fans of Princess Diana’s ‘90s pixie cut, and I’m pleased to say 94 per cent of you are.
As one Royal Clubber, Betty, commented: “She was brilliant at bringing out the best in her features.” I agree – Princess Diana exuded confidence and self-assurance in all her looks, allowing her to pull off many styles.
Another Royal Clubber, Karen, wrote that she used to ask her hairstylist for the “Princess Diana cut.” I imagine many people still take inspiration from the People’s Princess today, as ’90s styles are back in trend.
Poll of the day
As you may have read, Zara Tindall was recently spotted wearing a stunning brown wool coat – a piece you can even buy on the high street.
She looked rather cosy in the coat while attending Cheltenham Racecourse with her daughter, Mia. The small round glasses add a chic touch to her look, while the brown leather gloves accentuate her equestrian-inspired fashion sense.
Every year, I find myself pondering which winter coat will become my staple. I have to say, after seeing several celebrities and now royals pulling off long brown coats, they certainly seem warm and worthy of a place in any wardrobe. However, I fear my own wardrobe might burst if I buy yet another coat.
What kind of coats are your favourite to buy in the winter? Let me know in the comments…
Picture of the day
The clocks going back an hour this weekend seemed to put a pep in King Charles’ step – perhaps we could all take a little inspiration from his boundless positivity!
On his royal agenda today was a visit to Staffordshire, where he unveiled a new memorial honouring LGBT+ military personnel who faced discrimination – such an important cause, and it’s very special that Charles was part of it.
Monday’s puzzles
See you tomorrow, Royal Clubbers!
