Poll of the day
As you will have read, Princess Charlene stunned in her dress in Paris and looked like a movie star.
It’s a tough choice to say who is the most stylish European royal, but I think Princess Charlene is up there.
She is known for pulling off a white dress and red lipstick as one of her signature red carpet looks, which proves that less is more. I also think her most recent appearance perfectly incorporated Parisian style, and I couldn’t be more jealous of her attending such glamorous events in the capital. I appreciate the practicality of long-sleeved dresses as we head into the colder season, so she is both fashionable and fashion-smart.
A few other fashionable European royals spring to mind, such as Queen Letizia of Spain, known for wearing high-end designers, and Queen Máxima of the Netherlands, who pulls off colourful styles. Still, there’s a très chic quality to Charlene that makes her stand out among the rest..
So for today’s poll:
If you answered no to the poll question, let me know in the comments which other European royal’s style stands out to you…
Video of the day
Prince William and Princess Catherine visited Southport today to meet the families of the victims who tragically lost their lives in the July 2024 dance class knife attack.
They were greeted by pupils of Farnborough Road Infant and Junior School, where seven-year-old Elsie had been a pupil. Today’s engagement for the royals, I imagine, would have been very moving for them, and they even met privately with Elsie’s parents.
Catherine was very sweet, speaking to the younger infants about their fundraising efforts, saying: “Well, I am very impressed with all of you, all the hard work you’ve done. What a fantastic thing to learn how to raise money to help other people. Fantastic, so keep up your hard work and thank you.”
