And the winner is…
Yesterday I asked if you were a dog or a cat person.
To my relief (due to my mild cat allergy), seventy-two per cent of you opted for dogs.
That’s not to say I am anti-cat. They even tend to gravitate towards me, not by my personal choice…
Poll of the day
As you will have read, Queen Elizabeth had a sweet tooth.
Her favorite chocolate treat was a chocolate marquise or anything chocolate pie-based – sounds rather a rich choice!
Unashamedly, I have a very sweet tooth. In the summer, any chocolate-flavoured ice cream is a winner. Recently on holiday I had Kinder Bueno ice cream and that was the perfect post-dinner treat.
There is also an ice cream shop in Soho that makes dark chocolate ice cream, it’s not too bitter and literally melts in your mouth.
So now that I’m craving a dessert, for today’s poll:
Let me know in the comments if you have any favourite desserts in particular!
Video of the day
I can’t help but share this unearthed video of Princess Catherine from the end of August 2017, when she gave a major hint about her pregnancy.
It feels like a lifetime ago that she announced her pregnancy with her third child, Louis, and in this video she was even on an outing with both Prince William and Harry! So much has happened in a short space of time…
Wednesday’s puzzles
That’s all for today Royal Clubbers. See you tomorrow!
