Yesterday I asked if you liked the royals being more ‘normal’ on social media.
Ninety-six per cent said yes!
My favourite posts are photos of them on family holidays, as it’s a reminder that they do have normal lives outside of royal duties.
Will they be starting TikTok accounts anytime soon though? I doubt it.
Poll of the day
As you will have read, Princess Beatrice was almost called Annabel before Queen Elizabeth II vetoed the suggestion.
So for today’s poll, if you were in the Queen’s shoes, which name would you have chosen?
It got me thinking about my name (Iona) and that I was almost called Emily!
Thankfully, I like that my parents ended up naming me after a Scottish island (I still need to visit) as it’s always felt unusual – and when I was younger, I used to get upset if someone had the same name as me…
Have any of you met any Ionas? I’m very curious as the name seems to be more popular these days. And did your parents nearly name you something else? Let me know in the comments!
Video of the day
King Charles was captured on video attempting to calm a crying baby down.
Don’t you think it was very considerate of him to stop by the woman and not completely ignore her?
Even if he didn’t manage to stop the baby’s tears…
Friday’s puzzles

That’s all for this week, Royal Clubbers. See you on Monday!

Mum told me that Dad wanted to call me Belinda, but Mum didn’t like it, so they settled on Amanda. I’m glad they chose that name. I’ve always hated Amanda though and am always Mandy.
I prefer Beatrice to Annabel, not that either sound very royal, imo.
