It has been a difficult few months for the royal family, but this week will see them mark a special family occasion.
I can't believe I'm writing this, but the Prince and Princess of Wales will celebrate Prince Louis' sixth birthday – time flies!
There's quite a jam-packed diary as the royals pick up the pace ahead of the busy spring/summer calendar.

Monday
The Duke of Edinburgh will visit his patronage, Reading Rep Theatre, while the Princess Royal as Trustee of Council, St. George's House will attend the Council Meeting, Annual Lecture and Dinner at St. George's House, Windsor Castle.
Tuesday
Prince Louis, who arrived into the world on 23 April 2018, will mark his sixth birthday.
The Duchess of Edinburgh will carry out engagements in Bedford, including a visit to the Kings Arms Project – a charity tackling homelessness, displacement and isolation in Bedford and beyond.
It will be another evening of hosting for Princess Anne as she holds a dinner at Windsor Castle for her patronage, Special Boat Service Association.
Wednesday
Another busy schedule for Duchess Sophie who will attend the Corporate Impact Awards at the BT Tower in London in support of the NSPCC.
She will also be at a reception for the Georgetown Institute of Women, Peace and Security Launch of the Women Peace and Security Index and another at the iconic Abbey Road Studios in her role as Global Ambassador for the International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness.
Princess Anne will be in Shropshire for the day, including an engagement at Bradley Farm where she will present the King's Award for Voluntary Service.
The Duke of Edinburgh will also visit the National Army Museum in Chelsea, London.
Thursday
The Princess Royal will be in Cambridgeshire, including a visit to North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust at Hinchingbrooke Hospital Maternity Unit.
Friday
The Duchess of Edinburgh will travel up to Edinburgh, where she will be a guest at the Women of Scotland Lunch and later attend a dinner at Edinburgh Castle in her role as Colonel-in-Chief of Queen Alexandra's Royal Army Nursing Corps.
Saturday
King Willem-Alexander turns 57 on 27 April – a day known as King's Day in The Netherlands.
This year, the Dutch royal family will celebrate the occasion in Emmen in the province of Drenthe in the northeastern Netherlands.
