William broke his silence on the Epstein scandal before arriving in Saudi Arabia last week

Hello Royal Clubbers,

Before we dive into Emily’ Nash’s cover story in HELLO! magazine this week, just a reminder that she has returned to the HELLO! fold full time now, and sent the The Royal Editor last Friday in which she expressed her hope that the monarchy will survive Storm Andrew. You all certainly share her concerns as in our poll 69% of you said you felt Andrew and Sarah had put the monarchy at risk.

Patricia was particularly trenchant in the opinion she expressed in the comments, writing: “Yes, they have put the monarchy at risk. Though I don't feel the wider family is responsible for their appalling behaviour. They are beyond entitled. The more that comes out, the more unbelievable it is. Life was a lark, they existed only to satisfy themselves. Now the law needs to step in to investigate further the leaking of documents, etc.”

Andrew isn’t the central player in Emily’s cover story, that’s Prince William, but he features prominently. Read on for her thoughts on how the controversy compounded the challenges already faced by the Prince of Wales as he embarked on a royal engagement in a Gulf state frequently embroiled in scandals of its own…
