What really happened when William met Eugene Levy
Alex visited The Two Brewers and learned that the Prince of Wales had a funny request after filming the Apple TV show

Alex here, a new regular at The Two Brewers. If you haven’t heard of it, you’ve probably at least seen pictures of the inside: it’s the pub in Windsor that the Prince of Wales visited with Eugene Levy in Apple TV’s The Reluctant Traveler.
The past two Wednesdays that I’ve spent in Windsor, I’ve made it a point to wander over to the adorable, cozy spot, just steps from Windsor Castle’s Cambridge Gate. I first popped into The Two Brewers after getting a sneak peek at this year’s Christmas decorations with my colleague Andrea. Naturally, we requested the same booth that the future King and the Emmy-winning actor sat at and were delighted to find a framed photo of them hanging right there in the corner, alongside a snapshot of Michael Douglas.
After enjoying a delicious lunch – and sodas, unlike the Apple TV stars – we chatted with a staff member about the Prince of Wales’ visit and learned that the owner, Stuart O’Brien, had been the only person in the pub at the time.
The original plan was to write a story based on what we’d learned during our initial visit, but given that I’d be returning to Windsor the following Wednesday for the German state visit, I figured: why not speak to the owner himself about the Prince, the pints and the pub? And that’s exactly what I did.
