Queen Camilla was out on the royal circuit today, travelling to Shropshire where she toured Shrewsbury Farmers' Market.
A 2,000-strong crowd turned out to see the Queen in what was her first engagement meeting the public, since Princess Kate announced she is undergoing preventative chemotherapy.
There was a particularly sweet moment on her walkabout when Camilla met two young girls, Lois, six, and Harriet, ten, who had made get well soon cards for Princess Kate.
"I know that Catherine is thrilled by all the kind wishes and support," Camilla said, promising the girls that she would "carefully" take the cards home with her. She was responding to Harriet's apology that the paper had become "a bit creased" in the wind.
