WATCH: Princess Anne delivers moving speech at Buckingham Palace
Lovely footage of the royal icon doing what she does best this afternoon
Princess Anne was on duty to step in for her brother King Charles this afternoon as he continues to postpone his public-facing duties amid his cancer treatment.
Anne, alongside the Duchess of Edinburgh, was tasked with hosting a reception for veterans of the Korean War to belatedly mark the 70th anniversary of the end of the conflict.
She read aloud a speech from her older brother, in which Charles honoured the brave veterans and remembered what was once dubbed the "Forgotten War".
We've been sent the full footage of the speech, delivered from The Bow Room in the heart of Buckingham Palace. Oh, and you really won't want to miss the quintessentially British joke she made to an appreciative audience. Can you guess the topic?!
