Tell us your favourite book written by a royal
There are more wordsmiths in the family than you might think...
It's a big day for Charles Spencer, the brother of Diana, Princess of Wales.
His book, A Very Private School: A Memoir, is out today and it's a distressing and personal account of his time at Maidwell Hall. The Earl, 59, has detailed the sexual assaults and beatings he suffered at the Northampton boarding school, saying his upbringing there left him with lifelong "demons".
From the extracts I've seen, it's a really, really harrowing read, but important for the Earl to shine a light on.
Granted, Charles is not a royal himself, but his memoir made me think about other wordsmiths in the British royal family. Take a look at some of the books the royals have written below, and let me know which ones you've read. Is there a favourite of yours I've missed?
