Our attention has been firmly on the Danish royal family as Queen Margrethe officially abdicated earlier today in favour of her son, now King Frederik X.
But there's plenty of royal watching on the British royal family as they will be out and about all over the UK this coming week.
And we can reveal there will be not one, but two birthday celebrations.
Read on to find out more…
Tuesday
Jet-lag or not, the Princess Royal will resume her packed schedule following her overseas trip to Sri Lanka.
Princess Anne will be up in Scotland for a number of engagements, including a visit to Perth's Concert Hall.
Meanwhile, the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh are back to work this week.
Sophie will visit Battersea community charity, the Katherine Low Settlement, followed by a gala dinner in her role as patron of Dispensaire Français - Société Française De Bienfaisance, which provides medical care and social support to the French-speaking community.
Meanwhile, Prince Edward will visit Windsor Girls' School in his role as patron of The Duke of Edinburgh's Award.
Wednesday
The Princess Royal will continue her stay in Scotland, with engagements at the University of Edinburgh.
Anne's granddaughter Mia Tindall will also celebrate her tenth birthday.
The Duke of Edinburgh will be heading to Birmingham, making stops at Symphony Hall and the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, Birmingham City University.
Thursday
Prince Edward will carry out further engagements in the West Midlands, while his wife, Sophie, will be taking a peek at the fabulous Gabrielle 'Coco' Chanel Exhibition at the Victoria and Albert Museum.Â
Definitely one for royal fashion fans, let me know if you managed to snap up tickets in the comments below.
Friday
Across the pond, Prince Harry will be inducted into the Living Legends of Aviation Hall of Fame in recognition for his contribution to aviation and aerospace. The Duke of Sussex served for a decade in the British Army, undertaking four tours of Afghanistan.
Saturday
And finally, there will be birthday cake in the Edinburgh household this coming weekend as Duchess Sophie turns 59.
HELLO!'s Royal Editor Emily Nash wrote about Sophie's commitment to her royal duties in her newsletter, including an interview with veteran royal photographer, Tim Rooke.
With the young royals back at school, we can look forward to seeing the Prince and Princess of Wales out and about again too.Â

And a very special date for your diary…
Emily's weekly newsletters are exclusively for our paid subscribers, so if you are currently a free subscriber, we would be honoured if you considered upgrading to paid where you will join thousands of likeminded royal fans in our ever-growing community. Her last newsletter looked at the Duchess of Edinburgh's 'second act' and why Sophie has so much to celebrate in 2024.
I thought it was recognized that Prince Harry was no longer a member of the active Royal Family? Especially after all the harm and spitefulness that he has done to the Monarchy?. Why then do you continue to include his name/activities in a list of engagements by THE Royal Family? Let's leave him and Meghan out of these lists, and concentrate on the hardworking members who support the King whole-heartedly. Jane V
