The state banquet is always one of the highlights of any state visit. Cue tiaras and gowns for the royal ladies, and a sumptuous sit-down dinner at the palace!
I was lucky enough to attend a preview of last year's state banquet held in honour of South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol and First Lady Kim Keon Hee. I got the chance to inspect the lavish table settings at Buckingham Palace not long after the King and Queen themselves.
