Being eco-conscious with our clothing choices is something that many of the younger generation have cottoned on to in recent years, but the Princess Royal has long been ahead of her time, thanks to her love of vintage clothing.

Some of 73-year-old Princess Anne's most notable outfits date back more than five decades and her make-do and-mend approach to her wardrobe has no doubt been passed down to her from her late mother, Queen Elizabeth II, and the late Queen Mother.
