Picture of the day has to be Prince William and Princess Catherine’s puppy, Otto! Formally introduced to us today via Instagram, this is the couple’s second dog. They wrote in the caption of the chocolate cocker spaniel photo: “Welcome to the family, Otto! 1 today.” Maybe Otto will start his royal duties soon...
