The festive season is officially over at the Royal Palace in Stockholm! In Sweden, the twentieth day of Christmas marks the traditional end of the holidays, when households finally take their decorations down.
The Swedish Royal Family’s official Instagram account shared a video explaining that many of the Palace’s decorations are sent to a recycling facility, while others are repurposed into woodchips for biofuel – a fantastic sustainable initiative to get behind.
